Title: Creating Value: Smart Development and Green Design cover and interior design

The Project:
Design, and produce a 162-page book for the Urban Land Institute that showcases large scale development projects that were both environmentally friendly, and financially successful.

The Design:
The photo rich book showcased many examples of groundbreaking development projects to illustrate author Vernon Swaback's premise that future development projects will need to be sustainable to be successful.
